Pros and cons of iRide Winnipeg (Real Time Transit Information) app for iPhone and iPad

iRide Winnipeg (Real Time Transit Information) app good for

Its been extremely reliable this summer in telling me when the bus will get here. This feature in the Winnipeg winter will be critical. Its great that when Im on the bus, I can go to the map & select my destination to see when I will arrive.
Looks nice, saves favorites and now if it could only notify you when your bus is about to arrive I would give it 5 stats for sure!!
iRide Winnipeg is a great application. Very easy to use with clear graphic user interface. The favorites feature is just awesome. No more calculating the time until your bus arrives and running to the bus stop afraid to loose your commute. With this app, you can "predict the future" by knowing exactly when your bus number will appear at the bus stop. It is so accurate that you can play bets with your friends when at the bus stop and you will win those bets for sure (just dont tell them that you are cheating by using the most advanced real time bus tracking application in the market). And you can have this by just $1.99 Dont wait until you freeze your bones over-waiting at the bus stop. Buy iRide Winnipeg now!
Great app. Fast, clean, straightforward results. Gives you the information about your ride instantly, always accurate. Favorite your stops, your routes. Great integration with maps.
A very handy app to have on you phone when you are standing out in the cold wondering where your regular bus is. Only limitation would be the data coming from Winnipeg transit. Theyre version of 5 minutes and reality seem to be very different. Not the apps fault though. Only suggestion would be for it to default to the routes you have marked as favorite, instead of immediately showing all the routes for a stop.
iRide Winnipeg is a must have app if you use Winnipeg transit! You can search for bus stops by entering a stop number, using google maps,or use your location to find stops around you. As well as flag all of your favorite stops for quick reference, and best of all is the real time schedule! You never have to be left in the cold again waiting for a bus when it is running late, just pull up iRide Winnipeg and see when the next bus will arrive!

Some bad moments

Good app but there are other apps that do essentially the same thing for free. The only differentiating feature is the map. Useful but hardly vital as other apps find the closest stop to you.
This app claims its in real time. BS. Waste of $2. I checked it this morning and it said I had 1 minute until arrival... So I ran out to the bus with out my lunch.. Etc. and then the bus came 5 min later! Not Cool & Not in Real time!
You need to update your app like having a real time gps like what toronto has.. Take a look at TTC BUS app.. And check how it works, you need to make ur app like that so its more accurate..
I saw all these good reviews and spent my money on it but it is no different than me calling telebus!
The previous version was great. Very convenient and usable. This version is unresponsive when touching the stop name to get the schedule. Hopefully they will fix it in an update.
Have used this app for a long time. Since the June 19 update you can no longer click stops on the map. Obviously something was broken in the code
